Joking aside, I figured Georgia would win. Saw lots of talking heads saying Texas. Texas is overrated. The only good team they've beat is TAMU, and are they really that good? Georgia is inconsistent, but I knew they were capable of big wins, unlike Texas.

I know it can’t work out this way but they really should separate each SEC team into their own bracket in the playoffs.

Everyone knows it’s the best overall conference and if they did separate them, I’d guarantee 3/4 of the semifinal spots would be SEC.

The committee doesn't want to do that, because then the B10 won't have a chance.

I thought they would too...mainly because Ewers is erratic and immobile + they have no running game.

Texas has a really good defense...but winning SEC championships with a one dimensional team that ain't even exceptional at that one dimension is a no go.
