Psu is not one of the best 5 teams in the country. These guys dont even have many wins over teams with a winning record much less any ranked teams.

But its not even that.... These teams and honestly every game this weekend is missing one thing that the SEC champ game had.
Physicality........ Georgia, Tennessee, Bama will knock the **** outta you. None of these other conferences have that.

They won’t want a OSU/Oregon or Penn state/Oregon rematch in the quarterfinal. So can’t put either of those teams at 8.

And they won’t want a third UGA/Texas game before the championship, so will keep Texas out of the 6/7 spots.

I doubt they’d do a conference matchup round one between us and texas

Bama got that benefit last year over FSU. There will be rioting if it happens again
