I don't think you have to be all that creative. Between ticketmaster and the usual secondary vendor sites, there are plenty of tickets available. They aren't cheap, but I've spent more at Neyland for big games. I was surprised, honestly.
The creativity comes with getting there and finding a place to stay. But I think for those that can budget it (it is Christmas, after all) and are willing to do the travel, it's there for the taking.

Getting into Andy’s stadium is more difficult.

$450 on the 50 yard line, lower bowl is pretty solid for a playoff game with these 2 teams.
