Yea it's bc his 2 JUCO season. His argument is the JUCO seasons shouldn't count toward eligibility. He won his temporary injunction but if the NCAA continues to fight it and wins, he wouldn't be eligible.Why does he have an extra year? Is it because he played JUCO?
