Reddit and Aaron Franklin was like 90% of my BBQ education.Guga is awesome.
There are a couple of good guys on YT. Max the meat guy is another good follow.
Love any of the folks that push the boundaries and try different things. The "this is the proper way to cook X cut of beef every single time" bores the hell out of me.
Reddit is another good resource, where people have scientifically tested various ideas throughtout its entire range (such as dry brining for 10m, 30m, 2h, 1 day, 2 days, etc).
