If Banks leaves, Heupel isn’t going to go hire a high level DC as a replacement - not that Banks is a high caliber DC. Heupel isn’t that shrewd.

He honestly makes it harder to hate ND. It was a lot easier when Brian Kelly was there. Freeman is a good guy.
