This maybe true about Ribeye tasting best but if it doesn't appeal to me visually, I'm not touching it.I'm not as extreme as you, but I agree that giant chunks of fat in the meat aren't appealing. That's why I love the strip, all the fat around the outside with a little marbling, but it's easy to avoid getting a giant mouthful of fat.
But I do agree with invol that the best tasting steak is a ribeye.
I love Kamara, but he is a one season rental. If you think you’re a contender, go for it.Even with no viable rb2??
