Recruiting Football Talk VIII

So I have a small update… He’s still in ICU but off the ventilator. Yesterday he was too asleep to wake when I visited and had apparently had a lot of confusion when he was awake. Today the nurse I talked to said he was able to answer questions and follow along a little bit better. He doesn’t remember how he got there but he did remember I told him he was about to have a procedure (that was a few days ago just before anesthesia) but he didn’t really remember the days before or after that. He’s still very very ill but he’s making progress. We’re nowhere near out of the woods but I will take progress any day.
Praying for y'all!

As I said yesterday, there is a discoverable (at least in criminal and civil matters and investigations) fact of the matter as pertains to the alleged texts; that will not be he said, she said, however the rest of it may be. I don't know what restrictions on the access to those dumps may or may not have been imposed by UF outsourcing the handling of the case.
Innocent until proven guilty. I am just saying this is UF's track record..

January 28, 1986

Where were you? I was in my Sophomore year at BGA watching it in Economics class.

The Challenger shuttle crew, of seven astronauts—including the pilot, aerospace engineers, and scientists—died tragically in the explosion of their spacecraft during the launch of STS-51L from the Kennedy Space Center about 11:40 a.m., EST, on January 28, 1986. The explosion occurred 73 seconds into the flight as a result of a leak in one of two Solid Rocket Boosters that ignited the main liquid fuel tank. The crewmembers of the Challenger represented a cross-section of the American population in terms of race, gender, geography, background, and religion. The explosion became one of the most significant events of the 1980s, as billions around the world saw the accident on television.

God is Good.

Watching the Senior Bowl practice on NFL Network.........

I would love to go with a NFL scout and just sit and listen. That would be so much fun.
Listened to coach Mac talk with Ron Slay on 104.5 the other day. He said there's no talking. Just grab your paper and own and take notes about what you see and think......... After the workouts, events it combine you grab notes and talk with the IRS on your team.

It was a fun listen, two of my favorite people on Nashville radio.

Coach Mac's Ford over Rooster call with Mike Keith was as good a context call in broadcasting as it gets!
