Much like Tony Vitello made me start scheduling my life around TN baseball and Kim Caldwell has now got me checking out LV's basketball games, Bruce Pearl got me hooked on TN Basketball. After we beat Texas (at TX), his 1st season, we started going to TBA to watch the VOLS. We went to most of the home games his 1st season and got season tickets the rest of the time he was our coach. Those 1st couple of years were the most fun I've had following TN basketball.I like bruce
Sure as not a window licker though

I'll always have a special place in my heart for Bruce Pearl and that team he inherited (Dane Bradshaw, Chris Lofton, CJ Watson, Jujuan Smith, Andre Patterson, Major Wingate, and Stanley Asumnu.)
It funny how fondly we remember the individuals or specific teams that got us “hooked” no matter how good or bad they were…..or what happened to them.Much like Tony Vitello made me start scheduling my life around TN baseball and Kim Caldwell has now got me checking out LV's basketball games, Bruce Pearl got me hooked on TN Basketball. I've got a great story about Backyard Burgers. Back in the day, I had the chance to get in on the ground floor when Backyard Burger was started in Mississippi.I think you're talking about Backyard Burgers. It was pretty good. I hate it closed. Their black and blue burger was awesome
Yep .... I can still remember their jersey numbers too, especially VFLs.It funny how fondly we remember the individuals or specific teams that got us “hooked” no matter how good or bad they were…..or what happened to them.
