Was in TTL with my Dad, I believe after Watergate. Became good friends.

In college, our class was filming Sr Class project at the Carnegie. Fred was having a Cigar, in old Cigar lounge. Walked up, and introduced myself. We chatted. He invited our whole class up to his suite, and ended up saying some lines in the project.

Very nice person, very genuine.

Great guy. They dont make em like that any longer. Last Republican that got my vote.

Those sound familiar. I'll check them out. Some of the stuff they come up with is ridiculous. Reminds me of "Night Breed"

Just a year or so away.

We are in a season with technology that will force us to relearn that we, being created in the image of the Triune God, are social creatures who need loving and relational human contact to live fulfilling and successful lives.

Robots just won’t cut it. Perhaps helpful on the margins, but I fear some (or many) will conclude they can replace the need for human contact, particularly in caring for the elderly, disabled or sick, much to their detriment.

Now slap an organoid brain computer in it, then upload Sally's algorithm and we're cooking! This stuff is ridiculous now, hard to imagine 20 years from now. Wouldn't be surprised if the tower we're building is wiped out soon.

Future is coming fast. With the break neck improvement in AI paired with this I can only imagine how crazy the 2030s will be. We'll definitely be living in the world of I, Robot (which interestingly was set in 2035).
