I live about 70 miles from the gulf coast. Take trips down there to fish a lot. The fresh water fishing isn’t all that great down here.

Freshwater I think of Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, and Texas. Really every State around you.

Saying his numbers were below other FB is another way of saying he wasnt on steroids.

Really good player. Comparable to John Olerud amongst his contemporaries.

56 WAR, ~2100 Hits, ~280 HR would be on the low end.

Only played 15 seasons. Had he played 20 - maybe?

He never even got close. Fell off the ballot with less than 5% of the vote.
