Wouldn’t want anyone who feels less about themselves. Then reality sets in and he has to decide to cash in his guaranteed money chips and retire…or sign a one year make good deal and reenter the marketplace next season. Maybe he takes the most money OR he selects the best situation to enhance his value.

Wife found Bruce Arians book on quarterback play at the discount shop in our library and got it for me…looking forward to this read. There’s a whole chapter on his experience with Peyton Manning. Love the great football minds and team builders of past lore. Bill Walsh, Jimmy Johnson and even (ughh) Bill Belichick. A great process isn’t easily duplicated. That’s why it wins championships.
