Recruiting Football Talk VIII

I have had both cats and dogs, often at the same time in my youth. Enjoyed both. That was 30 years ago.

Now, however, every time I go for a walk in the morning. I see dog owners walking their dog carrying their little bag of dog crap, and I thank god I only own a cat now! No thanks! And yes it is a requirement in our neighborhood to clean up after your dog!
I blame millennials for this "pick up your dog crap" movement. It's free fertilizer, dammit.

What if your cat ***** in the yard.

My fave are the people who just leave their bag of dog **** on my curb. As if they are ethically and morally absolved from taking it to their own trash can, bc its picked up.

'Well, my jobs done here. But this person who had nothing to do with my dog *****ing can throw it away.'

I find areas where I know no kids are, hopefully no adults. My dog doesnt use a leash. He stays with me. He knows if he dumps somewhere other than his yard he's going to hear about it. If its somewhere that common sense necessitates it needs cleaned, I always clean it. And throw it away in my trash can.

He's never **** that I didnt clean it up. Outside of our yard. He's a clean shitter, no diarrhea.

McGwire hit 49 home runs his rookie year before any of the PED issue. He was on pace to challenge the record several times in those early years, only to have injury knock him out. Not that motive matters, but for him they were a means of playing a full season, not to make him a better hitter. He didn't need them to hit home runs, he needed them to stay healthy.
And your argument is no different than saying UNC's academic cheating scandal isn't actually cheating bc it wasn't proven and punished. UNC wasn't punished bc they cheated within the framework that the sport established and accepted. Pearl "cheated" outside that framework and was crucified for it when UNC's version was a much greater perversion of the spirit of the rule.
MLB is the height of hyocrisy! You cheat their way and it's part of the game. You cheat outside their framework and you are banned. Really hard to understand how those people are protecting the integrity of the game.
I don't disagree with any of this, especially the UNC travesty. Baseball turned a blind eye since it suited them at the time and the players union fought testing for many years. I'm still not giving any of these guys a pass, though.

You should have brought the correct copper.
I brought you what was ordered. My boss @BaldBiker confirmed with you prior to delivery.

The chisel marks were off just a little bit and switched to a different mixture. We have had this argument for centuries. The interest and late payment penalties have compounded for centuries. If you would just pay your bill, the company will completely fund The Tennessee NIL foundation, pay for retractable roof additions for both Neyland and Lindsey Nelson Stadiums…🤠

Carrying the litter box when you walk your cat is a bitch. 😂

Put it on their porch, light it on fire and ring the doorbell. 😡

Not sure why this jumped into my head. Thank you ADD.

In HS used a have a body shop guy who I would pay cash under table, back when was more convenient than having insurance.

Dude's name was Rick, and he was country AF. Anytime he'd get a car done, he'd hand person the keys. He always had a Country idiom he'd throw in there.

My favorite, and one he used a lot was 'Boys, at car gone scream like a Panther!' Man, I hee hawed about that for years.
Then it was Painter
