IMO, the family got mad because the couldn’t double dip the NIL when Tennessee didn’t recruit Madden. My guess is that Nico goes to UCLA with his brother.

The $4M request and tactics have backfired through in public opinion and with the university. They thought the staff thought of Nico in the light of the greats of Tennessee history. He was nowhere near that.

I think Merk will be good by the time he leaves though.

After being left at the altar by Madden and then now both of the Iamaleavas are there along with the daddy that tells the sons when they can and cannot take a dump…excited isn’t exactly the word I’d use if I were a UCLA fan, but to each their own, I guess.

Not I. I simply don’t want anything to do with that family and people of similar character. I would find something else to do in the fall. I would actually be embarrassed of my Alma Mater.
