I have tried all of the streaming services except 1 or 2. I ended up back at “cable”. It is not really cable as TDS internet only has streaming service with its fiber internet. With my bundle, it was just cheaper to go with TDS and I actually get more channels that are useful than what the streaming services could offer. Also, I have not lost any channels due to contract disputes.

I believe they deploy a Gigpon network, similar to ATT. Just means data and TV share same fiber. Their rates arent very high.

After doing some research, they are negotiating for their own content. Surprising such a small company, is negotiating content. Absolutely an expensive business to be in.

Ive heard horror stories about their internet. But. heck if they continue to carry a strong lineup, would be hard to not try it.

Most 'fiber providers' are ditching their own lineups. In favor of subscription services (IP TV). Of course Comcast and Charter continue to want to be their own platforms via Zumo.
