I see this all over. Elite teams, whether it's an old Bama team or recent UGA or 2013 FSU, have seemingly ruined perceptions for some as to what a top-3 or even top-10 team really should look like on average.

It's an aversion to simply admit there are top teams (great or very good teams) that may not be historically elite...which should be very rare to see. The absurd lack of parity the last 15 years (prior to this and last year) seems to have wrecked that simple fact.
