Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Full Time Corner playing a little offense makes more sense to me than full time WR playing ni corner. Any team that never uses him on offense would be foolish imo.
Haven’t seen it work in my lifetime. There’s always a first…like Shei Ohtani. His coach tried it with the Cowboys to middling results…and Deion is that much more a generational talent.

Anyone who watched that game knows the sand part wasn't a rumor. I watched Baywatch once and there was less sand on my TV screen than what I saw watching that game.
I'm just going to play devils advocate for a moment. Topping playing surfaces with sand is a common practice that anyone who manages athletic fields does on a routine basis. Also something that needs to be done multiple times over the course of a season. I don't want to use that as an excuse.

If someone didnt anticipate the Stadium that plays a chicken noise during a TD, located adjacent to State Fair to not be up to spec.

Then the person in charge of shoe gear needs to be sacked.

Thoughts?

Inevitably I think this is the best thing for all sports and I hope I'm not wrong. Let the NCAA govern the other sports, especially the Olympic sports, and return to common sense conference alignments. Let football be independent and in a system where they can generate even more income to fuel the athletic departments and hekp fund other sports. Let football be in a governing body that can enforce common sense rules on participation, pay, and transfers in a way that NCAA legally can't.

That too. We have the finest equipment and facilities in the world. Telling me we didn't have multiple sets of spikes and/or cleats to make an adjustment after walkthrough?

Seems to be the only way out of the corn maze at this point. NCAA gets vote of zero confidence.
