Reminds me of when the TN legislature was spending time in 2020 to pass shiz to recognize Dolly and she had to ask them to politely get back to things that mattered during the worst pandemic in modern history 😆

Maybe Dolly should be in charge lol

Poker. Lots of scheming going on. My buddy's dad would scream "CHECK" and flip his cards over as we'd be about to raise him on the river.

Mr. McKinney was an OG Knoxville eastside guy, he knew all the angles 🤣🤣 He also turned himself into a pharma salesman...he had street smarts and salesmanship. He was totally BSing us, but it was all in good fun though. Then we'd drag his azz for weeks on playing like that knowing he was losing straight up. Now he's elderly and has issues, can hardly speak. But I can still see that smooth talking OG in his eyes. He never lost that inside him.

It does seem separate (maybe?) but he committed tax fraud.

Not sure if connected to betting on sports. Overall seemed like a seedy character.

"It's ok he knowingly committed a federal crime, because, y'know, he played ball good"...

It’s already happened. Can’t remember which teams, but they declined a bowl invitation because too many of their players opted out or hitthe portal. The college didn’t have adequate depth to play in the bowl game. 😡

I don’t think a pardon matters beyond the political push it brings. MLB and the HoF have to forgive him and I don’t think they ever will. To me the only thing that should ban you from a HoF would be records earned by cheating and PED use. Everything else is a record of events and whatever sin or rule you broke beyond those can be included alongside your entry but if you achieved x or y that still happened. But Hall of Fames seem more concerned with selecting the popular than they are with documenting history. At least that aspect matters more to them than the history or museum side of things.

If I am old and decrepit and still ahead of you, what does that make you? I said that you were far and away the youngest of us. Reading comprehension is the first thing to go… 😂

Old and decrepit is still carving up the ski slopes ⛷️ 🤠 although I will admit that I took it a little slower this year. My top speed was only 48.2 mph on a steep blue at Deer Valley, Utah. Just finished skiing Big Sky, Montana. I admit that I am sad that ski season is already over for me this season.

Now time to start my workouts for wake boarding and hiking for the Summer. If I don’t have a goal to workout for, then I become a big couch potato (literally) 😎
