This is one of life’s mysteries. I spend more time fighting it than benefiting from it. It’s particularly bad whenever I’m using iOS or Android. But we should all be prepared for the next Hegel. He contributed greatly to western thought.

It's a scientific subject with value, but unfortunately it's been turned into a political topic...which likely explains the sarcastic responses you've got. There is merit to studying the frequency and intensity of tornadoes and hurricanes and determining if climate changes have had any influence. Benefits everyone to know...but some equate it to a movement to take away their trucks and make them have an all soy diet or something.

All good topics go to hell when politicized. Flying private jets and cutting trails through the amazon all for purpose of climate change summit is the peak of irony. Do as I dictate not as I do. I support all my scientists brethren. I love all my nature lovers as I love it too. For anyone cutting bamboo instead of trees just to build a soap box tho.....
