May not be their decision. Tennessee doesn't just have all that equipment and crew to televise games lying around....plus the stadium is still being remodeled.
Idk, that media department has some serious tools. They definitely have enough to stream some static views of the game on youtube. I doubt their contracts allow them to do something like that though.

Technically you could just set up the fax machine wide angle lens, and pay an intern to stream it. if it rains, Hubbs can have Cain walk out there and wipe it off every 15 minutes or so. $5 per person sound about right?

Could just strap a gopro to @Weezer 's head and have him creep around on the field while they're playing. Could get some good close ups of the action. No one sees him anyway.

AP:

Tennessee is hosting Ohio Defensive Line Transfer Cam Rice today on an official visit. He will be in town through tomorrow morning. He posted 30 tackles, nine for loss and three sacks last season for the Bobcats. Will have one year of eligibility remaining. He has been in the portal as a grad transfer for about a week and has picked up double-digit offers including Maryland, Minnesota, UCF, Virginia Tech, Purdue, Miss. State and West Virginia, among others.

Who else is going to the O & W game this Saturday? I’ll be the Strawberry blond chasing after my 3 year old grandson. If you see him, corral him for me until my 61 year old body gets to him please. I just wish my granddaughter could come, but she’ll be at her first job at Cracker Barrel. She’s my last holdout on Vol fandom, 17 year old girls, am I right 😒. See y’all there 😁.
Make those memories

ESPN doesn't want to pay people when many schools are opting out of the Spring Game
They should let the university stream it on their youtube channel if ESPN doesn't want to cover it. They could just use 1 camera that covers the whole field if they don't have enough equipment or people to do more. . .

. . .or invite all these youtubers who cover the Vols, like Sports talk J, Talkin' Vawls, etc, to come in and stream it on their channel. That would be a good reward for those guys who spend all year living off the scraps of what ESPN doesn't try to strike down.

I may need @InVOLuntary to rip an email over to Dr Danny with this idea in it. . .

Don’t care one bit about the orang and white practice.

It’s Masters Saturday.

Guess this brings up the argument over if you are really a fan of the team IF their activities are not the highest priority for your investment, time and otherwise. Sports consumers can or cannot be fans, proof is in the pudding. Love the Masters, but will never let anything trump ORANGE stuff for my time, FB, MBB, WBB, Baseball, Softball, for sure. Take that LIFE part of VFL very seriously.
