@HankHill I've got a question that's been bugging me, I've watched Chaney's offenses for years and it looks to me like we have Chaney calling plays with Osovets playbook, you see the same thing?
 
Clemson did it last year as well. Hell we even held our own vs them for most of the game in the trenches. Their days of dominating the LOS are over.
We did a good job pushing them even though we didn’t win the game. Probably were a few “mistakes” and bad officiating away from pulling the upset ourselves.

Maybe Saban has collected his last ring. I think we have a real shot next year too. We'll be coming off of a bye week, and we'll be Bama's 7th game in a row. Not to mention we're playing 27 freshmen and sophomores this year. We'll be experienced, more talented, deeper, and we'll be in year 2 of Maurer or if Bailey beats him then we have a stud at QB.

I think if Saban retires (unlikely but could happen) we could see a huge regression in that team. Like a 9-3 or even 8-4 Bama squad in 2020.
