nice. yeah ours wont. they planted a mesquite tree 18 inches from the wall. I dug down found the roots on my side. 2 arborist reports saying that tree caused the damage to the wall. They basically told me final offer 55/45 split or take it up with their attorney.

For FANVOTE: Who should win the Biletnikoff Award in 2019? « Biletnikoff Award I just did some quick testing. When you vote the first time you get a "Thank you for voting!" message. Voting a second time gives "Thank you, we have already counted your vote." If you clear the cookies associated with the site and then revote you'll get the "Thank you for voting!" message again. Trying some other different scenarios also seems to confirm that they're using cookies to track and limit voting. If you already have a cookie set (i.e. you voted in regular mode) then voting in incognito won't work. If you don't have a cookie set, then you can vote multiple time in incognito mode by closing the tab (which deletes cookies set during that session) between votes.

On desktop in Chrome, you can clear the site's cookies by clicking the circle i before the site address and then clicking cookies. Remove all the cookies.

On Android for Chrome there isn't a way that I can tell to clear just one site's cookies - Clear, enable, and manage cookies in Chrome - Android - Google Chrome Help
If you remove cookies, you'll be signed out of websites and your saved preferences could be deleted.

Tuned in to FineBUM a little today to see if he would eat crow and give us a little credit. Which in my opinion he did. But I caught some of Mark Stoops press conference from this afternoon. I usually don't mind him but he irked me a little today. He was kind of whining and said "Well we (UK) only had 9 possessions." And went on to talk about how ita hard to win with that few of possessions unless you make each one count. Which is true. However those 9 possessions took up nearly 3/4 of the game! Which made me even more proud of our D. CJP is really finding his way imo. He's outcoached Stoops, Moorehead, Mushchamp, and Saban (yes he outcoached him imo). May even put Smart on that list if CJP had a little more depth.
