in the heat of the battle I am pretty sure that there's not any way that Garrett could have known he was hitting anything in particular. Yes he was swinging the helmet he is responsible for that.

He ripped his helmet off, kept it, then swung it at him. It’s a weapon, period. Garret is responsible for what happened, he said so himself because he can admit a mistake and take ownership.

Well, I’m actually in the middle of praying and planning. We’re moving back to Knoxville to plant a church. I grew up there so coming home is surreal. So to answer your question, studying “faith infused” scripture and believing God to sell my house here in Franklin. 🕊 I’m one of those crazy ones that believes in signs and wonders. You be amazed at the things I’ve seen.

But it can be very fun. I get an absurd enjoyment from people not picking up on innuendo or obscure references but instead taking whatever it was I said at face value. It's particularly good if the response just furthers some point I was trying to make. It's like irony².

I realize that makes me sound like an arrogant nerdy dick and maybe I am but hey, all in the service of humor.

I tell my kids all the time, even if it's just me laughing, somebody still laughed.

Usually when they start to eat real food. And it gets rough some days.

It’ll still be a while, most likely. It usually doesn’t get very stinky until they start eating a decent variety of solid foods.

But man, enjoy it while you can. Toddlers produce some unholy smells.
