I’ve actually cut back a little other than when I’ve ate out. My biggest struggle will be avoiding binge drinking on Saturday nights. I told him I will swap over to mich ultra and cut the consumption in half.

Defense is dominant but their offense is so bad. They’re missing Chaney

My uncle has been doing that with top of the line trucks for years. The resale value on them when they're fully loaded and low mileage is crazy. He keeps the same car payment essentially but gets a new model annually.

I’ve got a few clients in a holding position before we officially begin Dec 1 and most of them are shredding pounds. It’s almost like just working with me gets results even without diet guidelines
