Next yr squad going to be stupid good...love Barnes is getting the freshman minutes this yr so they will be ready for next yr when the big 4 come in. Add those to nuke/Gaines/James/Pember/Pons and looking at the most physically talented/high ceiling roster we have seen here.

I can't speak for everyone but I've enjoyed every minute of being a parent. Maybe I'm the exception but it's been the best thing that's happened in my life since marrying my wife. Speaking from someone that has a little age on many here, if you have kids, take in and cherish every minute. If you blink it will be gone. I have two, one is gone and gonna be married in the spring, the other is a sophomore at UT, still living at home. I've got a couple years left and he'll be gone. I don't look forward to that day.

Can’t even fathom joking about disliking my kids especially when they were newborns. Beyond the most special moments. When they get older is when you start being like “ you mutha F you just like me stop that sh..”

Came back too soon from heart surgery when Fulmer was rolling. Had us number 2-3 in the country. Majors proceeded to lose to an unranked Arkansas team on a 50+ yard FG with no time on the clock. Lost to Bama the next week then South Carolina.

I was at Arkansas and Bama game. Students during the Bama game were chanting “block that artery”

Yeah I think Majors thought he was untouchable. Dickey showed him fairly quick that he wasn’t.

Have it on good authority that Majors had previously told Fulmer a couple of different times that he was going to step down at the end of the season and give the reins to him. Obviously never did. The Fulmer/Majors relationship was strained well before the conclusion of the 92 season.

My grandfather's grandfather's both fought in the civil war for the state of Tennessee. He was named Joe Wheeler and had brother's named Robert E. Lee, Baxtor Smith and an Andrew Jackson of course. He even had a sister named Winnie Davis. And my dad was named Robert Jackson after Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson. All that and not one Beauregard.

This is my 40,000 post. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all that have made it possible, my parents, my family, all my previous coaches, all my teachers. Also, I'd like to thank @Freak for making this site available and great. It has truly been a journey but its been my pleasure to impart all that wisdom on Volnation and in particular the recruiting forum. It brings a tear to my eye to think how far you fellow posters have come.
