it’s not like they didn’t give effort. They didn’t make shots. A good season for this team is second round of NCAA tournament and sweet 16 would be a great season. Thought what Gaines and Ponder gave us today was big. We shot 25 percent.

Well we lost 4 of our starters year over year and lost to #13 by 4. Meh.

.500 vs top 25 so far really impresses me. This team impresses me. We could have easily been an nit level team after losing SO much, but Barnes is again impressing. Mostly double digit wins and only 2 closes losses. We are a top 7 or 8 seed team imo and that's nuts to me.

Y’all need to stop blaming refs. Look at our FG %. Moreover, our decision-making was terrible. Just wasn’t there today, and Bowden and Turner just didn’t show up. This game solidified my view that Turner is not a PG. He’ll have to change my mind with his play in the future. Let JJJ run the offense. He makes better decisions than Turner anyways.

I like JJJ but don’t like him as a point as he doesn’t handle preassure well yet.

2-17 and we lost by 4 lol. That's just bad variance but also says how well we did on defense. Would play them again all day and expect a win.

Refs 100% got Memphis back in the game in the first half. Four straight times down the court they didn't call egregious fouls athat let them back in the game. The rest I agree with. The margin for this team is very thin. When the refs screw you and your not playing well that's all it takes.
