The NFL move are dream jobs for any of these guys. No recruiting and they get to have a life outside of football....big upgrade for any college position coach. We have had multiple coaches apply for NFL positions already in the last few weeks just FYI.

As much as I prefer the college game over the pro game, being a college position coach would be a grind long term and hard on family life (if that’s important to you).

Hoping Ansley isn't one. Do you think he would leave for anything less than an NFL coordinator position?

Should speak volumes where our program is headed under JP when the SEC East champ is hemorrhaging coaches to lateral positions while our guys are getting promotions to NFL jobs.

Yeah, it’s really no comparison. I would imagine they work about 60% of the hours in the NFL.

Good problem to have. Makes it very attractive to high level replacements. Luckily we have a HC and OC that will be college lifers.
 
Off topic but I really like Baylor's basketball team. Their story reminds me of UT last year. I will be pulling for them rest of the way.
