Since you’re going to be an ass, I’ll relitigate this, and I’ve not been a Kobe fan nor defender, just an admirer of his style.

1st in American Justice one is innocent until proven guilty and he was found not guilty.

2nd. The young lady involved here (who I believe had to have some mental issues so I’ll be careful) was in so sense a victim. Yes, sexual intercourse with a rich man occurred. It also occurred with multiple men that day. Like I said issues, but not victim.

3rd. There was no whiff of any hint of any allegation after this. No pattern before or after of a rapist.

4th. Your opinions on this day show bad character. If someone dies you don’t care for, and this has happened to me plenty, stay quiet, say nothing. Bad form to say this when someone passes.

My brother in law is a pilot for American. He has said helicopters are the most dangerous way of flying and its not close. He said he would never get in one.

He was not proven innocent because he paid out a settlement pre-trail.

Read the investigation report.

He only was accused once so must have been a lie.

Tell your brother in law he’s a baby and they even have helicopters that will fly themselves like he’s used to in the airlines.
