Kind of weird seeing everyone glorify a rapist.

Can’t wait to see the reaction when OJ flips his bronco.
I normally would say good bye when I move somebody to the garbage pile..but instead I will say **** off you ******* ******* to you.(use your imagination for what all those stars mean)

Anybody that believes he rrally raped that freak is a delusional idiot blinded by hate. I hated the guy and kind of wanted it to be true at the time, but after following the story and hearing the whole story I could not believe he did it.

Me too, but even tho I am from a small town, it is here also. A month ago my friend left her apt. And 10 minutes later a young thug shot and killed a pregnant woman and her unborn child, shot the grandmother and a 4 year old in the face, she lived I think. Plus other gang shootings. I live in the country now and would live like that guy I posted in the video I posted for big Newt earlier today if I could. In the middle of the wilderness.

Oh it's everywhere, all we can do is statistically lower the possibility as much as possible.

And damn that video! Thought I'd glance at it and watched about 40 minutes 😅

Of course it's sad. Tragedy everywhere, every day. We have all felt it personally. None of that makes it any less sad as to what happened today.
I am saddened everytime I see it. Makes no difference to me if one is famous or not. Just they get more media attention then the "regular " people. Makes no difference to me the title, status, or if they have nothing. I get no sadder for the famous, They are just as human as you and me, and I just brought it to everyone's attention.

There has been several small kids killed in gang violence crossfire In Memphis these past weeks. Have not heard a peep on here how sad that is
Man this is so sad. I haven’t heard anything about it. This is a daily occurrence and I’m afraid it’s no longer news worthy. That’s the sad part. I’ve seen this first hand in the ER. One story is burned into my memory. There were some kids knocking on the ambulance door one night. I saw them and started walking towards the door. When I saw blood running down the glass I started sprinting. When I opened the door there were 3 kids one was shot. They basically threw the kid into my arms. His friends ran off and left him. I threw him on a stretcher and started screaming for help.

I hate stories like above. Unfortunately I have many more. Sports are our release from these situations. We build up our sports heroes like they are invincible. Many are hurting tonight because they lost a hero, they lost greatness, or they lost a piece of the escape from sad stories like you described.

Need to watch it all. I subscribe to that channel and his other one where he talks. He learned all that on the fly. In his mid 40's. Where I am at in life. It is inspiring. He was inspired by Dick Preonokke too.

I can agree with that.

Kobe is top 3 greatest in basketball, and arguably the greatest competitor in any sport ever. While the sports world is saddened by the loss of Kobe, the real loss is for the family members and close friends left behind. They need our prayers now and for the rest of their lives because there is a hole that will never able to be filled.

And I’m not ashamed to say I reported that inflamatory post. @Tri-CitiesVol...

I don't believe it's any less terrible when they aren't famous. But I think what I posted earlier is the reason why we share in the loss of those that fit the description.

Same. It's weird but when you see and hear someone so often, it's human to get a sense of knowing them, somewhat.
It sucks.

I do the same when relatives that I'm not exactly close to, pass. It's still a face, a voice, a person, that has been there for so many years and now it's just gone.

Cause none of us watch the Memphis news.
Its tuff I know, but I have a sister, brother, and stepsister and their family's that live there. So I keep up, plus it is our right as Americans to get to be able to see actual news. Unlike Russia ,China, and any other countries that Censor everything from their people.

Inky Johnson was at my church today, great guy and incredible story. Talked about perspective and how you affect life around you. Be a light when things are chaotic and bad, not just in the easy times. Its easier to be good when things are going great.

I could be a little more mature about it all if I'd just stop and think for a sec. Made me look within myself. Go hear the man if you ever get a chance. Derrick Furlow was there too

Hey I went to eat lunch at the Top of the Rock restaurant on top of Jasper Mountain. Its John Thunder Thornton's restaurant he just built in front of his new gated community he's developing on top of the mountain and on the way out there he sat. So I talked to him briefly about UT football. Nothing earth shaking just told him I believe we are finally headed in the right direction and for him to make sure we stay there. lol I also told him how I wish I could sit down and pick his brain on what all that has gone down the last 10 years. He said that would take more than one sit down. lol He did say he gives Coach Fulmer all the correct for turning things around. Again, nothing earth shaking just wanted to share my encounter today with him. GBO!!

That place is beautiful. Great setting for a restaurant.

You almost ran into volatil today 😂. My wife decided she didn’t want to go last minute.

Did you ask him about Zach Evans? If no, then why not?
