I just wanted to do a list of the cruits Coach Brumbaugh has gotten over the last two years at Colorado because I know some of us could not find anything on his recruiting.

2020 Class - Colorado
- 3* DT Jordan Berry 6'2, 323 - Primary Recruiter (Composite 0.8622, 790 National)
- 3* OLB Guy Thomas 6'3, 232 - Secondary Recruiter (Composite 0.8540, 84 National JUCO, Coahoma C.C)
- 3* SDE Justin Jackson 6'3, 285 - Primary Recruiter (Composite 0.8440, 115 National JUCO, Northwest Mississippi C.C.)

2019 Class - Colorado
- 3* DT Lloyd Murray Jr. 6'2, 310 - Secondary Recruiter (Composite 0.8459, 1230 National)
- 3* DT Janaz Jordan 6'3, 305 - Primary Recruiter (Composite 0.8365, 139 National JUCO, Hinds C.C)
- 3* DT Jayden Simon 6'4, 280 - Primary Recruiter (Composite 0.8269, 1779 National)
- 3* WDE Jeremiah Doss, 6'5 250 - Primary Recruiter (Composite 0.8262, 189 National JUCO, Hinds C.C.)

So it does look like he uses his Mississippi ties to the JUCO schools there.

Man, my day started off so annoyingly crappy. It was raining so the dog didn't want go out but also didn't want to get in the car to go play at daycare and I couldn't leave him at home. It delayed me by several minutes trying to negotiate with him.
Then my door to door commute of 30 minutes (17 of which are on a train and 5 are walking) turned into 55 minutes. Still don't know why. That's right, 7 minutes of driving became 32 minutes and I barely missed my first attempt at a train because the crosswalk would not change in time, so I stood in the rain waiting for the next one. On top of that, the train was packed and I got squished into an area where someone had let their kid or someone throw up on a seat and had just left it. So I had to smell it the whole ride.
All around junk.

But, while on the train my friend let me know her mum, who has been in the hospital since October fighting for her life after a botched "routine" surgery, had her trach tube removed this morning in the first sign of real progress in months. That is a monumental step in recovery and one the doctors would not make unless they were sure the only direction was forward. Having nearly lost my own mum last year after missing a diagnosis of swine flu and seeing her spend two months in the hospital, I had been praying for my friends mum's healing for months.

Y'all, this day can't get any better.

Yea i agree. You have Brent that’s getting all the scoops and relaying them to Austin to break so there’s really no need for Jesse. I would rather VQ hire someone that understands the game and can actually take something from the 9 minutes of practice they get to watch. Jesse just plagiarizes off PFF’s college grades when he does his little film breakdowns. I don’t understand the point in belittling the fan base you’re covering. They literally pay his salary. It’s ok to be objective about the team as a writer but the fans are who you need to trailer your “shtick” to, not against. Not to mention that the whole “I’m better than you simpletons approach is weak af when he probably makes 35k as a support writer on a gossip board.

They need a jive speaking young buck to relate to recruits. That’s the only reason he’s there. What happened to Fortenberry? It’s like they found the Bizarro-Jerry form of Fortenbeast.

Could a savvy phone person answer this question:

Ex wife sent the kids a phone in the mail. An old(ish) IPhone that used to be used by her.

I’ve come to discover that my ex wife has full access to this phone, can see all text conversations, see downloaded apps (and delete them), and as unbelievable as this sounds - she can, from 7 hours away, send text messages from my kids phone.

I never would’ve thought that possible. But here’s how I know - my kids went technology free at 8pm and left the phone with me. At 844, a text was sent from my kids phone to a family member who my ex can’t reach directly on account of being blocked by them. And she used a nickname for that person that only she used so it had to have been her.

My question is - how is this possible? And can it be prevented by changing a setting on the phone itself? Service provider is Verizon if that matters. And her boyfriend works for Verizon, not coincidentally.

iPhone's are a bit of a pain, she likely has it setup with her Apple ID which allows her to use iMessage from -any- device.

Try to reset it

Settings > General > (scroll to bottom) Reset > Reset All Settings (you'll be asked to confirm a few times)

Then you'll need to create a new Apple ID for them to login with that she doesn't have access to, or use your own.

My dad was born and raised over there. First generation American here. It was just how I pronounce and grew up spelling it. Don't have a bunch of words like that though because the Southern influence eventually shaped my dialect.
Hows tricks?
