Vols appear to have moved a couple of freshmen from defense to offense. Jerrod Means was with the wide receivers, and Aaron Beasley was with the running backs. Tim Jordan looked a little gimpy and had his left ankle taped pretty good, so that could explain the Beasley move.
Alontae Taylor was out there practicing as normal after getting dinged up in the fourth quarter the other day. Jordan Murphy was practicing today as well.

The Vols continue to work Alontae Taylor and Warren Burrell on the outside with Shawn Shamburger at nickel.
Henry To’oto’o and Will Ignont were still the 1s, with Shanon Reid and Banks going second.
Kurott Garland was again working with the 2s on Tuesday. The first-team DL was Aubrey Solomon, Greg Emerson and Savion Williams, in place of Darel Middleton who along with Latrell Bumphus and John Mincey was with the outside linebackers.
Notably, as we were leaving practice, Trey Smith did not go join his teammates in 11-on-11 work and instead went to work with the S&C staff.
It’s difficult to truly know because of all the scout team jerseys but it looked like Jordan Murphy was out there rocking a No. 14 jersey. I didn’t see a lot of routes on air, but Jauan Jennings made sure he went first in every rep after calling himself the leader of the team earlier Tuesday. Ramel Keyton continues to climb the line and was running second at one of the boundary wideout spots.
Athletics director Phillip Fulmer and mega-booster Charlie Anderson were practice observers today.[/QUOTE]
