I am afraid the damage is unfixable..I pray to God that it was worth it. The true human cost of this shutdown will never be known...because the media is damn sure never going to point the light that way.

I wonder how many people, on this site, have lost their jobs due to the virus. I may be in the minority here but nothing has changed for me. It's just my wife and I and she has started working from home but that's about it. I do need a haircut but I only get about 3 or four a year anyway. I don't listen to the talking heads, in the media, and I believe I'm better off for it. I hope everyone stays safe and can return to work, if you're out of work, really soon. I really don't miss going out to restaurants and I really don't attend sporting events. Maybe I'm just different than most people.

I wonder how many people, on this site, have lost their jobs due to the virus. I may be in the minority here but nothing has changed for me. It's just my wife and I and she has started working from home but that's about it. I do need a haircut but I only get about 3 or four a year anyway. It is weird...me, my wife and all my children and their spouses plus all my siblings have all been working....but we have a ton of close friends and family around the country that are absolutely losing their ass...all of them are SBOs or work for a small business.

Oh yeah. I'm sure their attitude about the program in general is helping too. It's just nice to be able to run those types of players out again. If anybody out there deserves to win it's this program. You can judge by the comments from the closest rivals that they know it's coming!

Pretty sure those currently on work release right now would love to be in your shoes, but I get your point. I started off the new year working hard, and it has allowed me to be at home more with my 4 young kids (even though it wasn't good for business). There is a positive in most situations.
