That class would be 315 points when all of the final numbers are done IMHO. A lot of kids will get bumps as the season goes along.

I'd expect some 3*s will rise for sure...but we also know some guys will drop too.

But top 3-5...that would be insane. If we can keep reeling big fish in.

Annoys me to no end. It's even worse when this causes groups to be backed up 4-5 groups back. Luckily those same people always stop at the clubhouse after the front 9 so if you can skip the clubhouse do it.

We were thankful that they left. We had 3 holes of no waiting before we caught the slow group. That was nice.

Played 2 weeks ago and walked the round carrying my bag. We were a threesome. We still caught the foursome in solo carts ahead of us...I enjoy walking and carrying my bag. Can’t do that for much longer in Texas... Temperature is creeping up. Won’t walk in the upper 90s unless I can get a pull cart. When it hits 100, cart only. Gotta have a cooler of water and gatorade then...

They are legit going to have the class full before the season even starts and will evaluate the players and class throughout their high school season. There will be some movement, but I really think that Pruitt and this staff have the majority of these players believing on what is happening at UT and they want to be a part of it and not many of them will back off of their commitments.

Some may be asked to decommit as has been already mentioned, but if Pruitt and crew have figured out how to get off to fast recruiting starts, then everyone else better watch out because we know they can close.

Let's enjoy the ride and perhaps the 2020s will be another decade of dominance!

Running numbers on a possible wild combination of additional prospects.

If we gitshirt 4 current guys and landed:

5* Mims
5* Grimes
5* Mondon
4* Sapp
4* Willis
4* Colson
4* N Brown
4* Ritzie
4* K Evans
4* Salter
3* Colby Smith
3* Bell

We would finish with 298 points. 92 average. Good for 3rd-5th the last few years. Would be nuts.

I appreciate the enthusiasm, but taking 4 more LBs and only 2 OL in this class, would probably hurt in the long run. I think it's at least slightly more realistic to choose Mondon/Willis/Lewis/Colson and throw in Dietirck Pennington instead of N Brown. If you git shirt Roc Taylor, Evans, Jones, and Elijah Howard, you need another WR, so I would think Kaemen Marley is a good fit here. You could also make the argument that the staff is trying to grab another DB so Terrion Arnold is a good candidate if you don't grab Grimes. With all of those changes we would be at about 288 points. With Grimes instead of Arnold, that's 295. With Isaiah Johnson instead of Grimes, that's 293.
