My wife the pediatrician prefers her patients slim. Can always bulk them up later. Hard to get fat kids to not be fat adults.
Yeah it's been my experience that the smaller gents are more spry as old men then us bigger folks. Less wear and tear on the joints. I'M about six foot and 230 and played lots of sports growing up and still play ultimate Frisbee a couple times a week. I'M screwed as I get older. HA. Although I will say I started taking a tumeric blend and my knees haven't felt this good in a long time.Sounds like the pediatrician I'd go to. Doesn't make sense to start them of chubby. My son may be skinny but he is strong and loves sports.
Based on my wife's genetics he will have a hard time keeping weight on but being 165 or so all his life should lead to fewer health problems.
Any recommendations on propane bbq grills? Family bought me a KitchenAid for my birthday last fall and I expected big things from it. Always thought KitchenAid stuff was great. Been very disappointed with it. Back right quadrant gets super hot but the rest not so much. My previous grills were much hotter. I'm one that believes that if you turn a steak more than once you've ruined it. I usually will throw them steaks on (1.25-1.5" thick) for 2 min and flip and cook for 2 min and it's medium to medium rare. I have to cook steaks on this grill for 10-15 turning multiple times to achieve similar level of doneness. I have an outdoor kitchen where there is a slot for the grill so I have to take the side burners and shelves off the sides. Any suggestions?
@Atlanta VOL @MetalVolunteer bow confident are we in a 4th commitment this weekend? Also is it tonight or tomorrow if we are getting one?
