Yeah a basic caffeine (100 mg) pill is great. It is incremental enough so you find a sweet spot (wouldn't recommend throwing down a couple no doz and feeling nausea because you ingested 2-3 strong cups of coffee worth in 5 seconds). Cheap, effective, no need to fill full from coffee and creamers (with fake sugars) all in your stomach before 10 am. Feel better and less full. If you want an even smoother feeling, try some l-theanine mixed in.
