Today is where 68 4/5 star players played 35 4/5 star players. The next highest behind UGA is UF with 37. Minus Bama we should compete with anyone left on the schedule including UF. A good qb today and we overcome the talent disparity. The defense keyed on the run and didn’t have to respect the pass. We hit a couple long ones and they didn’t care cause they knew JG could not do that all game. No other team minus Bama on our schedule will have the defense to do that. Still need better qb play

Doesn’t help that we only have what, 4 or 5 starters that Georgia would want?

Pruitt has used 8 timeouts the last 2 weeks on the defense not lining up correctly. Its an issue.

Too few practices and playing loads of young players.

There is still a way to scheme to help them out. I was a bit critical of the play calls against USC. But the UGA defense was really good.

This was a no lose game but let’s be honest there wasn’t a single play where anyone said Chaney out schemed that great defense. It was a really poor game plan for Cheney imo but again this wasn’t a game I expected much from

I can’t remember an offense moving the ball so easily against a Nick Saban coached Alabama defense.

This is pretty incredible. Corral looks like Manziel when he beat Bama twice.

Ole Miss QB elite. He is bailing the OM’s mediocre offense out every drive. You either have it, or you don’t.

Well the play calls are freaking fantastic too

I think trying to use these ticky tack things you’re bringing up to blame coaching is very dumb, yes. Kiffin, who is 1-1 with a near loss to KY, is a great coach because he’s hanging with Bama tonight. But our coach, coming off an 8 game winning streak, is a bad coach because we lost to the number 4 team in the country with JG at QB. Makes sense.

These people will make absolute statements about coaches and players on any given night, turn 180 degrees the next Saturday, then make all new absolute statements by the half, the quarter, even the drive. They have no vision. And certainly no wiggle

I thought he was very unimaginative against the top defense in the county.

I don’t know enough about football to know. Hard to do much when your OL can’t block at all. But surely there are things we could have done from a play calling perspective to help

Yes the OL and DL has a hard day. But you cant tell me Ole Miss is more talented.

As bad as JG is. Chaney has a bad game too.

With a top flight transfer QB, we could have seriously been a team to be reckoned with this season

Very disappointing that the O-Line could not match up to UGA's Defense. They did not play to the level they've been billed up. Give credit to UGA's Defense, they're elite, best in the country in fact.

You can’t compare Ole Miss because I don’t think that Bama defense is the same as Georgia’s. But I agree about Chaney. He’s got to be perfect to help his QB, and I said that after a win against USC.

Needs to take away JG's green practice jersey and ramp up the pressure. That will show him what he really has.
