The honeymoon story of him and his wife sneaking into Neyland would make for an absolutely fantastic redemption story to go along with the success he would have. He's won everywhere he's been. If we're honest, no one here is disappointed or mad about the outcome. We're mad because Pruitt didn't get the message and start making changes. He made it clear today that he's sticking with JG no matter what. That's also why I had to laugh when he said Gray's turnover was "inexcusable."

I think another reason Pruitt doesn't want to go with the mostly up tempo, score quick offense is because of the perceived stress it would put on his defense. Saban was smart enough to realize that no matter how good your defense is at some point you will just have to go toe to toe with a talented high powered offense.

I really want Pruitt to figure this out and get it right.

That said, if we are talking this nonsense, it’s Freeze then everybody else. Everything about him says he’ll beat FLA and Bama.

That was a pretty good offensive performance.

Pretty clean overall minus the fumble and a couple penalties. Just loved seeing those bombs right on point. Seeing Hyatt and Palmer in stride was a thing of beauty. Only Surtain and another DB's perfect defense prevented a couple others.

Need to stick with those. Going away from PA passes makes no sense, ever.
