We knew he didn't want to be here for long, but are happy to waste 4-5 of our seasons with him here? This is getting more absurd by the hour. Not against AV or LAV at all, they are just passing info along, but if all is true it is very damning.

Did some geniuses have a plan that Pruitt would leave us after 5 years with us right on the cusp...overflowing with developed talent and flush with cash?

I cant imagine them being able to afford a big name. It will be someone that is getting his first big job like Chadwell or Napier. If they play well the last few games Bobo may have a shot to get the job I read.

Really wish Fulmer would have picked Mel Tucker over Pruitt.

I really think he was leaning that way until - get this - Pruitt won him over by already having Tyson Helton in pocket.

Tucker wanted to interview coaches for OC and didn’t have someone on board and that lost him the job.

That is actually where I stand as well. There is no guarantee stadiums will be at full capacity next season so I could see Bobo in a 1 year interim for that year.

Will probably be Fulmer's strategy as well. Won't lose much on lost ticket sales so who cares if the fans don't like the hire. They can save money by keeping Pruitt around for another year.

Hey Phil, Randy, and Dondre, read the last sentence slowly and very carefully, then consider our situation!!!

Muschamp got 5 yrs. 28-30 record. Muschamp did lead South Carolina to a 9-4 mark and Outback Bowl win in 2017, but the program has lost 14 of its last 20 games dating back to the 2018 Belk Bowl.

1. That is wishful thinking. Freeze will take what's open when he has the opportunity.
2. Even if its only for a year. If SC offers let's say 4.5 I bet he jumps at the pay raise even if its only for a year. Plus I highly doubt Liberty can actually afford the 3mil contract they just gave to Freeze. It was a play to get more buyout money. They'll push him out the door ASAP before they go broke paying a salary they can't afford.

They apparently have $. Private school with biggest enrollment in the country. Was told their facilities are unbelievable for their stature.
