I just don’t think you understand this kind of advice
@BruinVol i was only joking man honestly..but you’re on record of admitting that being 5/8 for 42 yards was a nicely managed game when are other QB’s around the league are throwing over 100 yards a game atleast
. we are just not the same. all love

Trying decipher if this is a legit question or code for “Theses coaches aren’t coming back”
Riddles are hard.
It’s 0-8 3 years ago and a lot of JG as well as best players are first and second year players and Pruitt having a HUGH learning curve making us feel chilly.Right - because you can still have a good offense with an average QB.
The problems are far deeper. The WR have been fine, the OL has been bad, and the RBs haven't been anything special.
This ain't just JG no matter how much people want it to be.
Legit question
None of this is guaranteed. No one we hire is guaranteed to be better. To cheer for us to lose without knowing who we will hire when Pruitt is fired and regardless of who it is, there are no guarantees, is very short-sighted in my opinion. I will always cheer for us to win. If we do continue to lose this year, as I fully expect us to, then I will be consoled by the fact that we are probably going to make a change and will have hope it will be better. If they start JG I will root for Auburn until he is benched. I’m literally past the point of being able to cheer for this team because any success with jg at qb is just hurting us in the long run.
Yeah, I fall in the exact OPPOSITE category.
If players didn’t want to play, to protect their safety, they should have been given the grace to make that decision for themselves.
#1: they’re right to be afraid of this thing - both for their own sakes and so they don’t take the virus home
#2: goading them to play through their doubts, as you’ve described and Pruitt has apparently done, only sows doubt and division.
1) every program is dealing with it.
2) player safety should trump winning football, even if your personal or political leanings are to take this virus less seriously. If a player wants to protect himself, you take him at his word and tell him he has a spot ready when he wants to come back. Not call him a pussy and say he’s letting the team down.
