Staff looks like a good balance of familiar scheme guys and great recruiters/solid position coaches who can be taught a great system. I really hope this staff pans out and the way that Jones executed hiring his staff is impressive. If he can move the football the same way, he'll be successful here quickly.

I'll be honest with you, I wasn't completely behind this hiring when I heard the word come down early Friday morning. Since then, I've thought a lot about things, I've studied up on Coach Jones' background, and I've thought a lot about Coach Jones' approach here. I've reached the conclusion that we've found ourselves one hell of a football coach. He is approaching things exactly as he should. While he might take some lumps his first year, this guy is going o show people that he is a winner. This guy is going to kick some ass! Deal with it, Butch!

Skeeter said Gruden wasn't happening from the beginning, so I'll continue to believe him. LWS and DeerPark also.

Skeeter, as much as I didn't like hearing it,was saying no Gruden the entire time. I guess Skeeter retained his job in the AD and won't reveal who he is now.. Good for you if so Skeet!
