Yeah just like anything. But not to the point it is completely ineffective I don't think. I know people that fully recommend taking it every day.

But when I take it, I use it to help me sleep, and for that I want full effect lol.

I hate covid, I haven't seen my mother in a year come Christmas. I won't be seeing her this Christmas. I'm in my mid 40's and I've learned time is precious, not sure how many more Christmas's I've left with her. This sucks, I understand her decision but she's missed a year of my daughter's life. think about what it has taken for programs to get huge post season bans and scholarship sanctions.
USC - paying players and agents buying homes
Penn state - Sandusky
Ohio state - memorabilia and payment
UNC - university wide cheating/grade scandal
Miami - pay for play over the course 15-20 years
and even those punishments
Were fairly tame compared to what smaller schools get for trying to join the ranks of elite

I think people are overreacting to Fulmer's statement. Sure, Fulmer may plan for Pruitt to be here in the spring, but Fulmer may not be here much longer either after giving that extension. In the SEC, the ADs don't make the decisions on the football coach.

Yeah, there's a shop just down the road. I think it's one of those American Shaman shops. Not sure. But I've been debating checking it out. Talked to my liver doctor about it a few months ago. He just said to let him know if I started using it so they could keep an eye on my routine bloodwork I get regularly. Apparently it has the possibility of dampening the efficacy of my anti-rejection meds, but he said if it did, they could just up my dose. Made me hesitant, so I've just tried living with the pain, but it gets overwhelming at times. Would be nice to have a pain-free day for once. Been years since I've had one of those.

People are overreacting to everything.

People are seeing things where things don’t exist. Or manipulating information fit their narrative.

We’re all frustrated and pissed. This sucks beyond measure.

It is what it is. We should be used to it by now. Like I’ve posted a bunch of times, being a fan of this team is a miserable existence.

i understand how you feel, i haven’t seen my dad since Jan when my Mom died. hang in there...we will get through this.
