Kirby was the head coach at Georgia for 15 years (not 4 years). Georgia fans realized that while Richt had a high winning percentage, he wasn't good enough to get them over the hump and win a national championship (even when UT was no longer a threat to them within the division), so they eventually escorted him out the door.

As both a player and a coach, I hold Phil Fulmer in high regard. As an AD, I don't think he's qualified. He doesn't have the proper skill set or mind set for the job, IMO.

A burner phone is just a prepaid cell phone..... no contract..... not traceable back to you..... just buy a card and add minutes any time you want to use it.....it works amazingly if you want to do something that can not be traced back to you or show up on your regular phone.

He needs to be given that option. He's earned that. But if he refuses to go quietly, you do what you have to do. The university and this program are bigger than Phil Fulmer. I don't want to see him disrespected, but he needs to put his ego aside.

Palmer has shown he’s not a reliable go to receiver. He’s lazy on finishing routes and hands are not good. He will be an unstaffed signee at best. I’ll gladly eat my crow if he gets drafted.

Palmer will have to show out at the Senior Bowl and the Combine to get drafted. I like the kid, but nothing he's done this year, or even last year, screams draftable. I think he has skills, but we certainly haven't seen them maximized during his time as a Vol. And yes, a large part of that was he had JG throwing to him. But he'll still need to show out at pre-draft events if he hopes to get taken.
