I think if they were going to fire him, they would have done it today. Every day it goes longer without letting him go, makes it much more likely he's not going anywhere.

Who even knows. It is weird that he hasn’t gotten a vote of support from the university yet. That isn’t a good sign for him. I think they are giving him time due to Covid and his grandfather passing. Then they make a move. I wouldn’t doubt if they are working on a settlement buyout too. Plus, seeing no assistant coaching changes yet is interesting. If we plan on bringing in five new ones, why haven’t we let any go yet to start interviewing? Something is going on.

With this transfer portal with a pretty good list in there from UT, how does this effect the 85 count? From what I am understanding we still have to hold to the 25 count right? Including transfers right? So if a school loses a lot of players how do you keep a full roster?

Not going to happen no matter how many times you type it out. He’s gone. They don’t need to be in a hurry to announce it even though we would prefer them to. If nothing changes by the end of next week I’ll start to worry.

Just dont see how you can keep him. On one hand theres no one waf on the market. We suffered a huge embarrassment three years ago... however, this team, this staff...stink. I support Tennessee football. But they are really bad. It's one thing to lose, its another to be the bad news bears....but; im still in with Pruitt then. I get it...

Why? We have coaches that are playing bowl games now. We have an investigation that is ongoing which I’m sure is being used as leverage. I mean you absolutely could be right but I think there’s plenty of reasons why it hasn’t happened yet.

We are the only show in town now so maybe things slow down even more.

This is a good question going forward but it won’t matter this season with seniors being allowed to come back to schools.
