Honest ?, is the UT Adm.'s only capable football guy P.Fulmer?

I ask because to truly move forward from Pruitt, would we not have to have a new AD also?

My feeling is Fulmer has minimal coaching tree/contacts and has to go back in history with people like Marrone vs. younger HC's with a modern offensive style needed in todays cfb!
I believe Randy Boyd knows and understands the importance of football. Plowman was at Nebraska and should understand it as well.

I don't think you would have to move on from Fulmer to be successful.

As for Marrone, I don't know what system he would run. I know Fulmer likes to run the ball and my guess is that he really enjoyed watching the Texas A&M offense this season which ran the ball and threw play action. Offensive success and offensive style at any level is dictated by quarterback play.

1. What happened to Deangelo Gibbs? Last year it was all about how much of a difference maker he was in practice while on scout team, then he sat out the season. What happened?
2. @Austin_Price have you spoken to Coach Chadwell since the board has gone hysterical? I’ve noticed some of your posts and unless your friends with him, you’ve at least gauged his interest some how.
3. Do we take any signees that aren’t transfers for NSD?
4. How hard is Ansley looking at the NFL? What’s his NFL stock like: DB coach or Coordinator?
5. Do you still see Weinke gone or would that have already happened?

No answer for #2?

I’m not saying that he is Urban Meyer. I look at Freeze at Ole Miss similar to Mullen. I’m confident that Freeze can compete with Mullen, Smart, and Saban with UTs resources. What more can you expect out of a coaching hire at UT? High floor/high Ceiling.

There’s a reason why no one is hiring him. He was just as good of a fit at Auburn and they took a random over him.
