He just needs time, been figure out how to generate pass rush next year. Develop qb's the year after. By year 6 they'll cover the slant. We may even be competitive with Bama in 8 or 10 years when Saban leaves.

I like to see Chadwell here, just do not believe it’s going to happen based on all the varying info being posted. He actually would be in the top two of my list. Some people talk about his innovative offense but then you get a couple posts here and there who state it is gimmicky. IDK, any coach who can approve UT’s stagnant offensive schemes the last three years would be Ok in my book.
