IF this happens we are about to overpay a low-mid tier coach by a ton.

Still in the camp nothing really changes until Phil, Plowman, Boyd are gone. We need people that are SERIOUS about winning.

IF, the decision is that Pruitt and Fulmer are being replaced, then you could make the argument Plowman/Boyd do care about winning. Just depends on the path forward vs. the status quo.
