I don't see PJ Fleck being worth $8 million a year. I watched his documentary and he seems likable but there's no way he's worth that kind of $$$$.

Obviously most people compare the way they use slogans

I have long believed that slogans work for awhile but have a shelf life. At a point players stop responding to them. That would be my worry with him

I’d almost bet that Boyd and Plowman have their AD and coach in the wings. With the go ahead Steele is putting together a staff that the HC wants. He’s there to support whomever it may be.
