This will be a hot take, but we won 3 games with them. We can win 3 without them.

I'll add to this. How many 'less' talented teams have we lost to over the last several years?? Georgia state, vandy, Kentucky, byu, etc. The list is rather long. Let's get a winning coach in here, if some of these guys stay great but it not let's out scheme these teams with the team we have and beat some folks for a change. We can do this! Hire is critical.

If she wanted to do things The Right Way with the integrity and principles she advocates, she could have fired cleanly in Nov/Dec and vetted and hired behind the scenes while quietly conducting an in-house investigation. Most schools manage to conduct business without a drawn-out spectacle, and it generally works out a lot better for them.

Traditionally right way - yes - fully agree. The new woke way - no. I'm still amazed that folks do not realize the culture of UT is no longer the traditional culture. I also don't think she is the sole authority, Boyd and the BOT would weigh in on this above her based on her recommendations that she will be keeping Boyd informed about as it proceeds. She's not operating in vacuum with total authority. She probably went to Randy when she was first informed and they decided together along with the executive committee of the BOT in closed session since it involved employee matters.

They have apparently decided to clean the slate and do it a different way. Will be able to watch in real time if it works or not.
