Congratulations to Plowman. She accomplished her mission and got one of the best ADs out there. Glad to see we are on track to get back to be where we need to be. He's had so much success finding good coaches, I have to believe our next coach will be a good one. I'm sure that hiring the new coach will be his #1 priority, but rebuilding the compliance staff is also critical. I hope White and Plowman give the incoming coach full freedom to hire his staff. Nothing against Steele, but I want a clean slate running the program.

Interesting that the news of the hire didn't leak out until they had a deal. My guess is that no one in the AD knew what was happening. She did a good job of keeping her cards close.
