My intel says White in his interview discussed a few prominent offensive minded HCs and had them lined up and already agreed to follow him. So this should happen fast once they do final interviews and make final
choice.

Isnt Fickell and a few of the other names we are discussing heavily Defensive minded HCs?

Can that help us whittle the list down?

Just remember, Steele hasn't even been given a proper position title yet (contractually speaking).

So he's agreed to come in as a "Defensive Assistant" and then was given the title of Interim. But the new AD will be responsible for handling/signing all the related contracts.

I'm not saying Steele won't be on the new HC staff, but depending on who Danny hires he may well say "new coach picks his squad, sorry" and that be the end of that.

According to AV, Steele and all remaining coaches will be gone but that doesn’t take into account if a new HC would like to keep some some of the current coaches under contract.
